We apologize for the inconvenience the recent automatic reporting may have cause some of you. After reviewing the system with our development team, we have the following update to share:
The parsing error many of you were viewing on your reports has now been repaired by our development team, however we are still waiting on new hardware to arrive to finalize the fix. The hardware is on its way and should arrive in no more than two weeks. Once installed, this updated hardware will repair the blank errors on all regularly scheduled emailed reports.
None of your data is, or will be, interrupted with this update and you will continue to have access to live information by logging into your account. For many of you, we have simply removed the automated reports from your account to prevent further frustration. Once the repair has been completed we will send notification so you can reapply your preferred automatic email reports.
