Voice Analytics :: Quick Tour


The ROCKET Analytics:
Reporting Center begins at the Launch Pad, where you can access all areas of your account and see your main reports at-a-glance.

 Group & Campaign Filter - Distinguish which group or campaign you would like to view in greater detail.

 Date Range- Narrow your report for a particular date range to view date focused groups or campaigns.

 Leads Per Day - How many calls have been made? This portion of the report shows the amount of calls per day based on your viewing parameters.

 Unique Callers - These are the calls that were answered per day. These will change based on your viewing parameters within the report.

 Calls By Status - You can now view exactly how many calls have been answered, gone to voicemail, hang-ups, or other phone activity.

 Top Groups - This portion of the report shows the top performers among your groups. The groups include all campaigns that have been created within that  group.

 Print-Email-Export
- Share your results with everyone! Use the Print-Email-Export options to share your reports and show-off your top performers.

 Call Log - Keep track of everyone that has called you using your tracking numbers. Also, the calls are recoreded so you can improve your customer relations or remind yourself what a client needed. You also have the option to share the recorded calls with others within your Users database, creating quick information sharing top notch.
