These three unique tracking phone numbers are included with every voice package offered. We recommend that you assign one number to your typed-in traffic, Pay-Per-Click ad campaign and your organic search engine listing. If additional phone numbers are needed, they are only $10 a month for each additional number.
- Call recording
When a potential client calls in from one of your voice analytic phone numbers, the ROCKET Analytics system automatically records the phone call. After the call, you and your staff can reflect on the sales and customer service skill used on the call to better your company. The calls are logged and can be pulled back up for review at any time. If you need to have people outside your company listen to the call, you can email the call. ROCKET Analytics always makes sure to provide a warning at the beginning of every ROCKET Analytics inbound call that warns the potential client that their call may be recorded.

If you assign a phone number to your Pay-Per-Click ad campaign, the dynamic number rewriting technology makes your phone numbers consistent from advertisement on the search engine following to your website. When your viewer sees your PPC ad, it will display the number you have assigned to the campaign, when the viewer clicks on the link of your ad, they are tranfered straight to your website. At that moment all of your company phone numbers on your website are dynamically changed to match the ad campaign phone number. This helps for lead sourcing. If asked, the caller would probably claim that they found you from your website, however, you will be able to tell through the voice tracking that they called from your PPC ad campaign.
